At Yuanda, we have an excellent after-sales team which offer customers free technical supports, guidance, maintenance plan and training services. Customers can garner these services from a disc supplied.

We store a certain amount of quick-wear accessories throughout the year and conduct regular test of reserve, making sure that we can deliver the parts within 24 hours after receiving the request.

Process for Handling Product Damages:
a. Send solutions via email within 24 hours; if the problem can not be solved via email, our technicians will contact the customer via video and conduct remote trouble shooting.
b. Customer service representatives will assist customer or provide guidance to judge the fault so as to find the reasons.
c. If it is caused by incorrect operation, we will guide customers to solve the problems online.
d. If it is confirmed that some part is damaged, we will deliver the replacement part to customer as soon as possible.
